Simple Remedy for Cholesterol: Take 5-10 fingers of chopped Garlic + a cup of Milk boil it very well. Make a tonic and drink daily for two or more months continuously to control and get rid of Cholesterol completely. It is good for low density LIPID or LDL Cholesterol and it will also to maintain your ‘Blood Pressure’ levels.
The use of chopped Onion + chopped fresh Garlic, fry them in Ghee and eat with food as a side dish daily for a couple of months or more.
