Description of Jasmine Plant: Jasmine (Jasminum officinale) is a flowery shrub containing white or yellow flowers, native to Mediterranean countries (although there are a considerable number of people that say it comes from India).   1. The  Jasmine Oil  is extracted from different type of species, but they are mainly come from the Jasminum Officinale (Common Jasmine) flower and they are extracted from the plant’s white flowers, which only bloom during the night.
