Guava Juice is good for child fever, heals Splinters, good for child Gastro-entities and children stomach upset.
Guava Tonic/Expectorant good for Cancer, Diabetes, Cholesterol, influenza and Common-Cold:
Take few leaves of the Guava leaves and take few small green tender raw Guavas, cut them in to small pieces. Add little Turmeric Powder (Turmeric acts as Anti-Viral agent). Add 100ml water and boil very well and filter it. Finally add a little ‘Pana Karkandu’ (called Taad-ki-Misri in Urdu) or called brown sugar. Avoid use of White Sugar for Diabetes patients. The filtered tonic is especially good for Cancer, Diabetes, Cholesterol patients.
The tonic will act as a substitute to Paracetamol tablets. We are in the habit of taking these tablets to subside influenza or Common Cold and fever. Please note that the continuous use of Paracetamol tablets will induce you into Liver problem at a later stage. If you use Guava tonic it will rather cure your problem without any allergy or side/after effects.
How to make a Guava Fruit Jam for children: We can make a Guava-Jam. You can apply this Jam on bread slices/Toast for the kids. It is good for children for their common cold and fever, as Guava contains Omega-3, Iron, Phosphorous, Iodine, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and lots of Potassium contents.
Ingredients: Choose Semi/half-ripe Guavas and make Paste by grinding them. Add little ‘Pana Karkandu’ for sweetness. Add little ‘Beetroot’ Paste to give red-colour to it. Cook it very well with little water. It will look and taste like Jam for children. This Jam is good for the children bone-growth.
