Remedy for weight loss or Obesity

HOW TO REDUCE GROWING TUMMY AND WEIGHT REDUCTION/OBESITY?
BANANA PLANT ROOT and Banana Bark are the best elements to Reduce Growing Tummy: Take the bottom root portion (where the trunk ends! a black round bowl shaped portion called ‘Rhizome’ or Root). It is good for medicinal use to reduce your growing tummy. Clean and wash it very well with water to remove the soil and dirt from the root. To make salad cut the Root and/or Bark of the Banana in to small pieces eat them as raw Salad. Save the Bark pieces in fresh water + Curd + Turmeric Powder + Salt, leave it for some time. Filter it, wash it once with water. Then Squeeze the pieces with your own hand or grind to get as much as of its watery-juice minimum of 50ml. Add some salt and pepper. This juice is good to reduce your growing big tummy. Drink it daily twice for two (2) months. The juice or the Salad will help to remove the ‘Diorites’ from your growing big tummy. The juice or the salad is good for Urine burning. It will crush the Kidney and Gall Bladder stone and remove thru Urine. It also helps to maintain your heart-beat. Good for Cardiac / heart attack, Diabetes and good for Depression patients.

USE TOMATOES – GROWING TUMMY AND WEIGHT REDUCTION/OBESITY:
Ingredients:  TWO (2) RED TOMATOES, Salt, Pepper and Sesame Oil  
Note: Kidney problem patients should not use Tomato seeds.
Daily take two (2) medium size fresh tomatoes, cut/chop them in thin round slices. Fry them (half-cooked) just for two (2) minutes on a Pan in Sesame Oil. Instead of raw, better to fry the tomato slices and eat them as it contain ‘Lycopy’. Sprinkle little salt and pepper to taste while frying (keep turning the slices up and down with a spoon while frying) and eat as a side-dish Salad with your daily normal break-fast every morning. Continue for 40 days-2 months and continue as long as you wish. No side effects and no allergies. This dish is open for all age children and to grown-up.  Tomatoes are good Blood Purifier as it contains ‘Glycopenia Escolatum’. It is good for all kinds of Heart Patients, Cardiac-Arrest, and Stroke patients and for any weak-heart patients. Follow ‘Water therapy’ to maintain your weight and good health. Drink four (4) glass of water in the morning, two (2) glasses before lunch, two (2) glasses after one hour after food. Take two (2) glass of water before dinner. Do not drink water soon after food lunch or dinner. You should drink water after food only after one (1) hour. This helps to maintain your digestive system, drink minimum 10-12 glass of water every day to maintain your weight.

Reducing Belly stomach: Eat the “bottle gourd” (a family of pumpkin) the belly stomach will be reduced.
